Botanical Bridal Shower Signs

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when organizing everything for the bridal shower and reception. With so many details to consider, it can take time to remember everything you need. That's why I've researched for you and gathered a list of essential items for your wedding reception and bridal shower. Drawing from several reputable sources, I've curated a collection of must-haves to ensure your special day is perfect.

A wildly chic boho botanical bridal shower wedding is the perfect occasion to gather your girls and celebrate your upcoming nuptials with a dreamy and beautiful event. Here are some tips to make it unforgettable:

  1. Invitations: Set the tone for your botanical bridal shower with a garden-style invitation from my Boho Botanical collection, available on Zazzle and Etsy as a digital download.

  2. Party Favors and Gifts: Keep your guests engaged with fun games and reward the winners with scented candles, gift cards, or even some inexpensive but nice jewelry. For your favors, get creative and incorporate them into your decor with elegant favor boxes from my Zazzle shop.

  3. Balloons, Flowers, or Both: Fill your space with balloons and flowers, accessible and commonly used for bridal shower decor. Purchase balloons in bulk and inflate them yourself with a helium tank to save money. You can also find affordable floral arrangements at a grocery store.

  4. Food: Your food can serve as decor as well. Use coordinating food signs from my Boho Botanical collection to add a touch of elegance.

  5. Banners and Signs: Welcome your guests with a chic banner or sign, and include additional signs for drinks, menus, and gift tables.

  6. Drinks: Make your cocktails part of the decor with personalized labels for water bottles, wine bottles, and more from my Boho Botanical collection.

  7. Tablecloths: Keep it simple and versatile with white lace tablecloths that go with any other decorations you choose. Remember to get enough tablecloths for all your tables, including the food and gift tables.

It's time to gather with your girls and celebrate your upcoming wedding in style with a boho botanical bridal shower! This theme is effortlessly chic and perfect for combining your bridal shower and bachelorette party into one fun-filled day and night. Start the afternoon with friends and family, get showered with gifts, and then extend the party into the night by hitting a country dance club!

Make your bridal shower memorable with fun games and activities coordinated with the lavender design. I've got you covered with a four-piece kit with an activity sign and card with four activities: Advice for the Bride, date jar, drop your panties, and guess how many kisses. If you prefer, you can purchase these activities separately.

This game kit is an instant download that you can print as many times as you need to entertain your guests at your shower.

Now, let's dive into the crucial part - wedding decoration. While some items are similar to those needed for a bridal shower, many more things are required to decorate your wedding venue. You're lucky if you have a wedding planner, as they will handle most of the work. However, most people plan their weddings with the help of loved ones.

Some items on your wedding checklist may overlap with those needed for the bridal shower. I'll provide a few tips throughout this guide to save you time and money. Here's a helpful hint: check with your venue before purchasing anything. They may provide linens or restrict decor, such as not allowing anything to be hung on brick walls in a rustic venue.

Save the Date Cards and Wedding Invitations

Before anything else, you must create and mail out your save-the-date cards, usually 6 to 8 months before your wedding. To help you with this, I have designed a simple yet elegant save-the-date card with a personalized photo and text on the front and the signature Boho Botanical Wildflowers with custom text on the back.

For your wedding invitations, you should send them out about eight weeks before your big day. To match the beautiful earthy styling of your wedding theme, I have also designed a Boho Botanical wedding invitation that looks more formal and classy.

Invitation Stationery

Your wedding invitation should stand out; I have the perfect products to make it happen. You can customize your envelopes with the Boho Botanical aesthetic, include an invitation band or belly band, add customized stickers or labels, and include an envelope liner for that extra pop of color.

R.S.V.P. and Registry Cards

Make sure to include R.S.V.P. and registry cards with your invitations. Including a separate registry and a card is better etiquette than adding registry info to the invitation. Also, remember to add a return envelope with stamps for your R.S.V.P. cards, so you can have an accurate headcount and ensure that your venue capacity and seating arrangement will be just right.

Fun fact: R.S.V.P. stands for "Répondez s'il vous plaît," which is French for "please respond."

Bridesmaid Cards

Show your appreciation for your bridesmaids with personalized cards that will serve as cherished keepsakes. These elegant cards can be customized with a special note for each of your friends when you ask them to be a part of your wedding day without breaking the bank.

Wedding Program

Choose between two attractive options for your wedding program. The first option is a customizable two-sided program, and the second is a hand-fan program that includes all the essential details of your special day. Your guests will appreciate having something to keep them cool during your ceremony or reception.

Wedding Signs

Make sure your guests know where to go with these vital signs. The traditional wedding poster is a great way to display the bride and groom's names. The welcome poster, which is usually placed at the entrance of your venue, is another must-have. Other options include a cocktail sign for your bar and Mr. & Mrs. signs.

Table Numbers and Table Placement Cards

After all your hard work creating the seating chart, ensure your guests know where to sit with coordinating table numbers and placement cards.

  1. Save money by repurposing your cocktail sign from your bridal shower. Mount it on foam core and place it on a small table easel to keep it pristine throughout the celebration.

  2. Consider renting tablecloths from a party or wedding company if you plan a larger wedding. However, purchasing them may be more cost-effective if you have a smaller, intimate backyard wedding and only need a few tablecloths.

Table Centerpieces

Wedding table centerpieces are a crucial aspect of the decor. You can get creative and make your own with flowers, candles, and even items from local craft stores. Try incorporating fairy lights into your centerpiece for a unique touch, and place it on a mirror or reflective surface to make it even more luminous.

Flowers and Balloons

These are two common decor elements used for both weddings and bridal showers. However, for weddings, you will need a larger quantity of both. Consider contacting a local florist to arrange for special wedding packages.

Chair Decorations

The type of chairs at your wedding reception will determine how you decorate them. If the venue provides chairs, you can add a small sign, bow, or sash for a pop of color. For unattractive chairs, consider renting chair covers from a wedding rental company.

Photo Booth Props and Backdrops

Photo booths are a popular trend at weddings, and you can rent a kiosk or create your own designated photo-op area. Remember to include fun props in a cute wooden box and a customized backdrop to match your wedding theme.

Favor Containers and Gifts

Choosing the right favorite container depends on your budget and the type of gift you want to give. You can save money by purchasing solid-color boxes, adding personalized stickers, or opting for cute little favor bags. The Boho Botanical favor tags make a lovely addition to your gift packaging. Regarding gift ideas, chocolates, mints, bubbles, coffee, and plants are great options.
