Your digital party files will be available for download within about 15 min after you purchase your order. To retrieve your files go to "You, then "Purchases and Reviews" look for your order, there will be a download button for you to download the files.

I do offer custom designs however if there is not enough time or if I have other custom designs I may not have time to complete a new design. Please send an email and explain in detail what you are looking for along with the in hands date. I will let you know if it's possible and provide you with a quote if I can create the design for you.

I do offer printing through Etsy for the following items: Invitations, Thank you cards, RSVP cards, Diaper raffle cards, posters, backdrops, canvas prints.

You do NOT have to purchase one of Metro-events' designs to purchase prints, there is a formatting fee of $3 for the artwork and print costs.

Metro-events on Etsy, I design and produce the party items that I have on there. Most of what is offered are digital downloads. I also provide customization services for those not comfortable editing files themselves. This shop contains the following DIY party supplies for you to print from your home computer: invitations, thank you cards, signs, party banners, Food labels and party tags.

Metro-events on Zazzle, I create the designs but Zazzle produces the product. The biggest reason for my Zazzle shop is to offer a wider selection of party supplies that coordinate with my designs on Etsy. Zazzle offers many things that I don't have the capiblities of offering myself. Some of the product you will find on Zazzle are: candies, ediable treats, banners, favor tags, thank you cards, invitaitons, rsvp cards, buttons and more!

If you ordered the customization services to edit a digital download the max time it will be sent is 2 business days, business days are Monday-Friday.

If you ordered a completely new custom design, the time will be discussed between you and I upon me approving of designing it for you.

Standard production time for these prints is 2-4 business days upon artwork approval. You will recieve a UPS tracking number through your Etsy account. All ordered are shipped ground, however I am partnered with print shops throughout the US, when your order is placed I select the closest location to you, most transit times are 2 business days. You can confirm your shipping once the order has shipped but checking your UPS tracking number.

The price for editing party invitaitons is $6.

To Edit the thank you cards the price is $3.

For Metro-events' printing services on Etsy the process is as follows:

1. Your order is places and you have provided the information that you want on the design.

2. Within 24 business hours of your order being placed you will receive a print proof.

3. If revisions are needed you may request them upon recieving your print proof.

4. Once your order is approved it will go to print production.

5. Your order is produced within 2-4 business days and your order is shipped.

If there is an error that is due to my mistake your design will be revised.

If you want to change something that is different from what you sent you do get 2 revisions for these changes, please send all of your changes at once to avoid additional charges from further revisions.

If your text does not look like the image of the file that you purchased and you can’t edit text or save your work correctly, you are NOT using the correct software version of Adobe Reader.

You need to be using the most recent version of Adobe Reader – called ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC – to make all edits to our files. You CAN NOT edit these files on a mobile device, they have to be edited on a computer.

PLEASE NOTE: IF you are using an older version of Acrobat without the current features or any other PDF editing program the result will be formatting, saving or editing limitations.
